Summary: Under direct supervision from the Warehouse or Branch Manager, performs activities directly related to receiving and shipping product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-    Calls customer to verify acceptance of abnormally large deliveries.
-    Ensures the accuracy of “ship to” information and amounts on skid as noted on Bill of Lading at dock.
-    Removes small orders that can be sent by UPS; provides list to Customer Service so that Customer may be called to verify acceptance of UPS      delivery.
-    Process inbound calls
-    Process counter sales
-    Assists in all facets of the business to process sales orders and ensure accurately and timely deliveries are made for hard good supplies
-    Warehouse responsibilities include Shipping, Receiving, and Transfers

Education, training, experience:

Candidates must have a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to speak clearly. Must be able to consistently move 75 lbs.
Candidates must have forklift experience and have a worked in a warehouse environment
Horticulture experience preferred.
