Active Ingredient: Pendimethalin plus Dimethenamid-P
Pre-emergent, broad-spectrum herbicide that combines a new active ingredient (dimethamid-P) with pendimethalin. Provides up to 8 weeks of preemergence control of many difficult grassy and broadleaved weeds, including yellow nutsedge. Labeled sites include commercial ornamental production nurseries (field grown, container, liners), landscapes and non-crop areas as specified on the label. FreeHand is labeled for directed or over the top applications to certain ornamental trees, shrubs, ground covers, perennials, bedding plants (outdoors only), conifer and hardwood seedling liners and Christmas tree plantings. Use caution when treating Buddleia davidii, Hydrangea macrophylla, Hemerocallis spp. and Iris spp. as injury has occurred on some cultivars (see label).
