This year's Cultivate’25 conference reinforced that the U.S. greenhouse and nursery market is
expanding with strong market viability. Growers are searching for new innovations, beyond the
products they know, to tackle their day-to-day challenges. The cause? Pest pressures due to mites,
aphids, weeds, and fungal and root diseases are evolving to be more resistant to current offerings.
Amplified by external challenges like labor shortages, growers demand (and deserve) products that
deliver efficacy and peace of mind.

Envu has a focused commitment to the industry to solve grower problems—full stop. And, we’re not
just throwing out platitudes; we have a proven history of it. Our approach to innovation means we’re
not committed to the old paradigm of being constrained to the type of products we’ve historically
produced. If growers present us with a new challenge, we’re going to listen and work to develop a
solution. That could mean a new product or a new acquisition that directly addresses that challenge,
even if it doesn’t fit neatly into what we’ve historically done. We were proud to share that approach
with growers at Cultivate this year, and the response was positive.

                                                                                          ®
                                                                            ®
Growers may know Envu from our legacy products like Marengo herbicide, Altus insecticide,
                                                   ®
                            ®
Kontos insecticide and Broadform fungicide. In 2024, we took noticed that while growers face
different challenges in different regions, they want a singular company they can turn to for all the
solutions they need, streamlining their plant protection plan and saving them time and money.
Over the last year, we expanded the portfolio with 10 new products through partnerships and the
acquisition of FMC’s Global Specialty Solutions portfolio, tripling our portfolio of solutions. We
                                                                                     ®
                                                                                                    ®
incorporated established and trusted brands like Floramite miticide, Terrazole fungicide, Adept
                                                                      ®
                                         ®
insecticide and Shuttle miticide. Our approach to innovation gives Envu a new arena to support
                                                                          ®
growers with a plant growth regulator. Envu now offers B-Nine WSG, helping growers produce
compact, visually appealing plants by shortening internode length and improving plant structure.
Envu shared development plans for a new picarbutrazox fungicide with registration anticipated in the
second half of 2026. This new product will give growers another tool to control downy mildew and
Pythium root rot. Picarbutrazox has translaminar activity and no known cross-resistance between
it and other oomycete chemistries, making it a new standard for Pythium control and resistance
                       management.
We are quickly approaching the end of the busy growing season. Now is the time to plan for what is
needed in 2026 to ensure the right products are on the shelves, ready when the moment demands.
The 2025 Envu Earnings Early Order Program (September 1 – December 5, 2025) allows growers to
lock in inventory for the next year, finalize financial commitments to allow for a clearer financial picture
as they plan out their balance sheets, and obtain cost savings by buying early and in bulk. Envu offers
a range of discounts and rebates for growers who take advantage of the program, including off-
invoice tier discounts, volume-buy rebates, multi-brand rebates, and expanded tier rebates. Growers
need to be a member of My Envu Rewards to take advantage of the program; enroll at rewards.envu.
us to get started, and earn points toward financial rewards by participating in the program.

Our expanded ornamentals portfolio is designed to give greenhouse and nursery growers more
control over the day-to-day challenges, delivering season-long protection when every detail matters.
We’re committed to continuing to provide growers the best possible products, and we’re proud to be
the trusted choice of growers across the country.
