How to Place an Order
01 SIGN REQUEST
To initiate a sign order, you will want to fill out our request form. We find that it is helpful to answer the
following questions when formulating your inquiry:
• Where will you be installing your signs? Inside? Outside? On benching? Hanging it directionally?
• Do you need 1-sided or 2-sided prints?
• What is the written content/imagery that you want included on the signs?
• Do you need any sign holders or accessories?
• When are the signs needed by?
You can expect to hear from our design team within two business days of submitting your inquiry.
02 QUOTING
Once we receive your inquiry, one of our team members will reach out to you with a quote. Our prices are
based on dimensions, material, whether or not the prints are double-sided, and quantity. We also sell our
signs in bundles so the customer gets the most out of the materials they’re paying for.
03 DESIGN
We can begin designing after the quote is approved. This can take anywhere from a few days to upwards of
two weeks depending on how complicated the designs are. When they’re finished, we organize them onto
proof sheets and send them to customers by mail or email.
04 PROOFING
Each customer has two rounds of proofing available to them. It’s important that you look over the designs and
let us know if anything needs adjusting—size, layout, wording, color—any edits you require that benefit your
needs.
05 PRODUCTION
Once we have confirmation that the designs are approved, we keep moving by putting your signs into
production. We use a high quality printer and trim everything to your desired size.
06 SHIPPING
A member of our team will reach out once your order has finished production. From that point, you can
expect delivery within a few business days!
