Phostrol is a true systemic fungicide labeled for the prevention of Pythium, Phytophthora and downy mildew and others. Labeled for ornamentals and many edible crops in greenhouses, field production, commercial landscapes, nurseries, and turf. Methods of application vary by crop including foliar sprays, soil drenches, soil incorporation and dipping. Phostrol works by stimulating the natural defenses of plants.
Foliar spray rate: 12 /3 -4 tsp per gal or 26-64 oz per 100 gal.
Drench rate: 5-10 oz per 100 gal.
Do not apply within 20 days of a copper application.
